Ana Karris, LMT,
Practice Manager
Ana Karris has been a member of the Chicago Conservative Care team since June 2020 and has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2017. She went to Massage Therapy School at the College of Lake County in Vernon Hills, IL. She is experienced in Swedish and Therapeutic Massage, Chronic Pain Management, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral work, Pre-Natal Massage, and Sports Massage. Ana is also a Certified Wellness Advocate Instructor and loves to educate individuals and groups on the importance of self-care, everyday wellness, and preventative care. She graduated in December 2020 from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Health Studies. She hopes to use her schooling and personal experience to create a safe and therapeutic environment to encourage individual healing in the mind and body.
Ana is also our Practice Manager and handles scheduling, insurance, and general office care. You’ll often see her at our front desk so if you have any office-specific questions, don’t hesitate to talk to her!
