Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage targets specific areas of work to help relieve pain related to your diagnosed issue. It is also a great option for the general public who want more focused and deeper work. Our therapist uses different warming techniques to achieve a deeper release of muscle tension, fascia, and trigger points to find long lasting relief. Along with deep tissue massage, our therapists use myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and cupping for pain relief. We usually use this technique when pairing it with a Chiropractic Adjustment so areas surrounding joints are loose and warm.

Relaxation/Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage targets the parasympathetic nervous system to promote relaxation in your mind and body. While less specific to pain, this technique uses gentle strokes and pressure for improved circulation, mobility, and general tension relief. This is great for someone who is new to massage, doesn’t like deep pressure, or just wants to relax.

Pregnancy/Prenatal Massage

Prenatal Massage is specific to people who are pregnant and helps to relieve pressure and pain from the physical and mental symptoms of pregnancy. Usually performed in the side-lying position, our therapist makes sure you and baby feel comfortable while releasing tension from areas like the back, hips, legs, feet, and neck. Starting prenatal massage in the earlier stages of pregnancy may help prevent pains in the later months and promote relaxation in preparation for delivery.

We practice an integrated hands-on approach which allows for long lasting healing and understanding of your condition and pain.

Our doctors may suggest pairing Massage Therapy and a Chiropractic Adjustment within the same visit. Massage prepares your musculoskeletal system for the spinal manipulation and physical therapy portion of your treatment. Allowing your body to heal faster and feel at its best for longer.
