  • Yes, new patients will receive a full exam appointment (45minutes-1hr) to get to know our doctors, learn about your issues, and start a treatment plan. Follow up visits will be decided based on your needs and are 30 minute visits.

  • Conservative care is more patient-practitioner involved care that should be your first step before considering surgery or other invasive treatments. Conservative Care is a way to describe physical health care that does not include x-rays, MRI’s, medications, or surgery for the sake of diagnosis and treatment. We create a space that is fully transparent with your diagnosis, treatment, and progress that allows for full understanding, education, and freedom to manage your pain.

  • Dr. Hoberland specializes in chiropractic adjustments, diagnosis, and the McKenzie Method. We use a hand’s on approach that is patient centered and tailored to your own needs and benefits. We love treating our patients, but our goal is to give you the freedom of being pain free, so we don’t use commitment packages or scare tactics.

  • McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) is a reliable assessment process for all musculoskeletal problems including back, neck, and extremity pain. Dr. Hoberland is one of a few hundred chiropractors world wide that is certified in this form of treatment. It uses physical manipulation and therapy exercises to promote the body’s potential to repair itself without more invasive treatment such as medication or surgery. It is based heavily in patient education so that you feel empowered to take control of your pain management.

  • It all depends! We truly take each patient as an individual and no treatment plan is exactly the same. This will vary depending on your diagnosis and personal efforts outside of visits. However, our goal is to have you be close to or completely pain free in around 6-10 visits.

  • If you suffer from any sort of physical pain whether it be back, neck, or extremity pain, we recommend giving us a try. If you are looking for answers and solutions to your problems and are willing to be as involved in your treatment as our practitioners, this is the place for you!

  • Yes, we firmly believe that massage therapy and chiropractic care work hand in hand. We offer basic massage to the public, and also create treatment plans where you receive both services if it is recommended based on your diagnosis.

  • To have massage therapy be covered under insurance, you will need to have an initial appointment with our chiropractors to see if it is medically necessary.

    It is important to note that not all insurance plans cover massage therapy, so we highly recommend calling the number on the back of your card to inquire about these benefits.

  • Our doctors take a gentle and effective approach to treatment and adjustments. Depending on your diagnosis, adjustments may be given to one area or multiple, and sometimes not at all. At CCC, we believe Chiropractic Care is an all encompassing form of treatment and not just about the ‘pops’ or ‘cracks’. You will receive other forms of manipulation such as physical therapy, graston, and massage to name a few.

  • We have an online booking system through our website with Square please click the book online button to use this feature. Otherwise, you can always call to schedule your first appointment! We also have an email that is great for scheduling follow ups or for any questions!

  • We are in-network with most BCBS and UHC PPO plans. Since our treatment is based on the individual needs of a patient, cost and coverage can be different per person. Therefore, we encourage all patients to call the number on the back of their card to get a full understanding of their chiro and physical therapy benefits. We do our best to estimate cost but plans are all unique and your insurance coverage may vary. We also have out-of-packet rates that are not covered by insurance for those who are out of network with their insurance. You are welcome to use HSA/FSA cards, debit/credit cards, or cash for any payment at our office.
